On-Line Registration for PAMIR 2024 is now open. Before registering for the conference, please read the following policies and procedures.
The Mileade Village in Carry-le-Rouet has a limited number of rooms so you are advised to book as soon as possible.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Early-bird registration (until 2 June 2024):
Students: 300 € (VAT included)
Full participants: 450€ VAT included)
Accompanying person: 150 € (VAT included)
Later than 2 June 2024:
Students: 350 € (VAT included)
Full participants: 500 € (VAT included)
Accompanying person: 200 € (VAT included)

Registration fees include:
– Access to the conference
– Morning/afternoon refreshment breaks
– Gala Dinner
– Excursion
– Conference proceedings
– Welcome package
All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee in order to participate and access the PAMIR 2024 conference.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to pamir2024@eumhd.com by 15 September 2024. There will be an administrative fee of €100 (plus bank transfer charges if applicable) deducted from each refund.
ACCOMMODATION DURING CONFERENCE PERIOD
(check-in Sunday 15, check-out Thursday 19)
In order to complete registration, you will be asked to indicate your preferred choice of accommodation.
Rooms are situated in close proximity to the restaurant and conference room.
We offer different price options for accommodation, depending on the number of people you want to share the room with (none, 1 or 2):
– Single room: 665€*
– Double room : 545€*/person
– Triple room: 475€*/person
*total price which includes room, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener.
Participants who prefer a double/triple room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room or the PAMIR staff will take care of assigning and accommodating you in one of the double/triple rooms according to your preference.
